Los alumnos matriculados deben presentarse a examen, excepto los que hayan perdido este derecho por haber alcanzado a treinta fallas o más, durante el año, en el curso materia del examen, o por tener calificación anual inferior a tres (3), pero éstos pueden ganar el curso por habilitación, siempre que no estén en alguno de los casos de que tratan los artículos 53, 57, 58 y 64.
