Autorízase al Gobierno para pagar en bonos del 8 por 100 los auxilios decretados para acueductos de los Municipios que no han podido ser cubiertos por el estado del Tesoro Nacional, siempre que las entidades beneficiadas acepten ese pago en tal forma, y que tales auxilios hayan quedado liquidados en la ley de Presupuesto de la actual vigencia; así como también para pagar. En la misma forma, los auxilios decretados por el artículo 1º de la ley 30 de 1928 y por el artículo 3º de la Ley 63 de 1928 .
