El Ministro de Defensa a propuesta del Director General de la Fonda, podrá contratar los servicios de técnicos nacionales o extranjeros altamente calificados que se requieran en las distintas especialidades. Así mismo, podrá contratar profesionales para que representen a la Policía en los juicios en que ella sea parte por razones de interés institucional.
