Desde la expedición del presente Decreto créase Oficina postal en las poblaciones de Malambó, Palmar de Varela, Sabana grande y Soledad, en el Departamento del Atlántico, cada una servida por un Administrador de Correos Nacionales, con sueldo mensual de veinte pesos ($20), y un peso ($1) por mes para gastos de útiles de escritorio. Comuníquese y publíquese.
