La Administradora competente para el reconocimiento del auxilio funerario por muerte del pensionado del Sistema General de Pensiones, será aquella que le hubiere reconocido la Pensión de Invalidez o Vejez, o la que hiciere sus veces, aun cuando el fallecimiento se hubiese producido a partir del 1° de julio de 2025.
