Cuando otro Ministro estuviere encargado del Despacho de Relaciones Exteriores, en los actos oficiales ocupará el puesto de éste. Si el Secretario de un Ministerio estuviere encargado del Despacho, ocupará el último puesto entre los Ministros de Estado. El Cuerpo Consular se colocará después del Cuerpo Diplomático.
