Cuando Las Fuerzas Militares o la Policía Nacional no estén en condiciones de aportar todo el personal que requieran los Fondos, estos, podrán hacer los nombramientos que sean del caso, con cargo a sus propias disponibilidades y con el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Estatuto y demás disposiciones pertinentes.
