º Si se adelantare simultáneamente investigaciones disciplinarias, por los mismos motivos, por la Policía Nacional y por la Procuraduría Delegada, la actuación de la Procuraduría Delegada se remitirá al investigador de la Policía Nacional, para que continúe el trámite respectivo. La Procuraduría Delegada ejercerá la vigilancia de los funcionarios investigadores de la Policía Nacional.
