Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente título se aplicarán a las personas naturales y jurídicas que tengan relación con las medidas que en materia de financiamiento se desarrollen con ocasión de lo previsto en la Ley 1731 de 2014, para la reactivación del sector agropecuario, pesquero, acuícola, forestal y agroindustrial.
