Elevase a cuatrocientos pesos ($ 400.00) mensuales el límite máximo de que tratan el ordinal c) del artículo17 de la Ley 6ª. de 1945, y los artículos 4°. y 9°. de la Ley 53 del mismo año, para las pensiones de jubilación e invalidez. Esta elevación del límite máximo se aplicará también a las pensiones causadas con base en los años de 1958 y 1959 mediante una nueva liquidación.
