Las solicitudes de acuerdo de gastos, los giros, constitución de reservas y cualquier documento que afecte el presupuesto se tramitará por el Jefe Delegado de Presupuesto ante la respectiva entidad, en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el artículo 127 del Decreto-ley 294 de 1973 y en el Decreto-ley 077 de 1976. Igualmente será aplicable esta norma a las entidades descentralizadas donde funcionen oficinas Delegadas dependientes de la Dirección General del Presupuesto o en aquellas en donde durante el transcurso de la vigencia fiscal se establezcan.
