º. Pago del subsidio. Las Cajas de Compensación Familiar podrán girar el valor del subsidio, a favor del vendedor o promotor de la solución de vivienda a la cual se aplicará el mismo, una vez se acredite el otorgamiento y registro de la escritura pública de adquisición o, anticipadamente de acuerdo con avance de obra, previa entrega de una garantía de cumplimiento, representada en póliza de garantía de reembolso del subsidio a la entidad otorgante.
