El Museo de Arte de Pereira, en colaboración con el Gobierno nacional, el gobierno local y entidades públicas y privadas, podrán desarrollar programas de formación artística, educación cultural y participación comunitaria dirigidos a niños, jóvenes, adultos mayores y poblaciones vulnerables. Estos programas tendrán como objetivo democratizar y descentralizar el acceso a las expresiones culturales, fomentar el talento local y regional, y promover la inclusión social a través de actividades educativas, exposiciones itinerantes y talleres de creación artística.
