Interrupción del término prescriptivo de la acción pena l. La prescripción de la acción penal se interrumpe con la formulación de la imputación.

Interrumpida la prescripción, comenzará a correr de nuevo por tiempo igual a la mitad del señalado en el artículo 76 de este Código.
