A la Sala de trabajo de los Jefes de Sección no podrá entrar ningún individuo extraño al Cuerpo administrativo de guerra ó que no sea empleado en los Ministerios ó en los Estados Mayores y esto con motivo del servicio público. Las horas de trabajo en la Oficina de la Intendencia general del Ejército, las determinará el Intendente día por día; mas ellas no podrán ser menos de ocho.
