Las Comisiones podrán acordar la audiencia en sesión extraordinaria de personas o corporaciones que tengan interés en hacer valer sus opiniones sobre los negocios que sean materia de estudio de cada una de ellas durante las audiencias no podrán votarse cuestión alguna.
