Art. 2º. En el caso de que la compañía empresaria del camino de Buenaventura tenga a bien reorganizar losnonetrabajos i acometer la empresa de que trata esta lei, debe acometerse a las condiciones del artículo 2.º del decreto lejislativo del 15 de mayo de 1868 ; i en este caso el Poder Ejecutivo deberá operar los fondos de que trata el artículo 3.º de dicho decreto, hasta cubrir la cantidad de siete millones de pesos.
