Con fundamento en el Programa de supresión de cargos establecido por el Decreto número 2093 de 1993 para la planta de personal de los Distritos de Obras Públicas durante el año de 1994, el Instituto Nacional de Vías suprimirá los cargos allí previstos con sujeción a las disposiciones laborales transitorias señaladas en el Titulo IX del Decreto 2171 de 1992.
