LICENCIAS. A los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales, se les podrán conceder licencias renunciables y sin derecho a remuneración hasta por sesenta (60) días al año, prorrogables hasta por treinta (30) días más. La prórroga no se computará para la liquidación del tiempo de servicio.
