Todo empleador que contrate teletrabajadores, debe informar de dicha vinculación a los Inspectores de Trabajo del respectivo municipio y donde no existan estos, al Alcalde Municipal, para lo cual el Ministerio de la Protección deberá reglamentar el formulario para suministrar la información necesaria.
