Reuniones. Las reuniones de la Junta Directiva serán presididas por el Ministro de Defensa Nacional o el Viceministro para la Coordinación de Entidades Descentralizadas.En ausencia del Ministro de Defensa Nacional o del Viceministro para coordinación de Entidades Descentralizadas, presidirá la Junta Directiva el Director General de la Policía Nacional. Las reuniones se efectuarán de forma ordinaria una vez al mes y en forma extraordinaria cuando sea convocada por su Presidente o por el Director General del Instituto.
