º . Requisitos. Las personas de que trata el inciso 1º del artículo anterior tendrán derecho a los beneficios del régimen de transición, siempre que a 1º de abril de 1994 cumplan alguno de los siguientes requisitos

Haber cumplido 40 o más años de edad si son hombres, o 35 o más años de edad si son mujeres;

Haber cotizado o prestado servicios durante 15 o más años.
