La pensión vitalicia creada en el artículo 45 de la Ley 181 de 1995 para las glorias del deporte nacional será compatible con cualquiera otra pensión o clase de remuneración, siempre que se cumplan las condiciones del artículo citado. El acto de reconocimiento y su pago estarán a cargo del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes.
