Artículo único. En atención á los importantes servicios prestados en más de treinta años á la Instrucción Pública por el señor Alcides Isaacs, concédese á este ciudadano una recompensa de tres mil pesos, que se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la próxima vigencia.
