° Modificar el artículo 2° del Decreto 1347 de 1989, el cual quedará así: "El representante del Ministerio de Salud en las Juntas de Beneficencias y Loterías, deberá ser o haber sido empleado de los sectores público o privado, con funciones en los niveles Directivo, Ejecutivo o Asesor o experiencia mínima de dos (2) años en manejo financiero y administrativo, y no estar sujeto a ninguna inhabilidad o incompatibilidad".
