En las hectáreas de terreno a que se refiere el artículo 1.º se establecerá una granja agrícola experimental, y en el sitio que el Gobierno designe se levantara un monumento destinado a conmemorar la gloriosa acción a que esta Ley se refiere.
El gobierno queda autorizado para contratar por concurso esta obra con artistas nacionales o extranjeros.
