Artículo quinto. En virtud de la prohibición establecida en el artículo 87 de la Ley 135 de 1961, los Notarios no extenderán ni autorizarán instrumentos públicos en que se formalicen actos o contratos que contravengan lo establecido en el presente Decreto.
