º . La captura y detención preventiva se regirán por las normas pertinentes del Código de Justicia Penal Militar. El término establecido en el artículo 521 del Código de Justicia Penal Militar, será de diez (10) días si fuere uno solo el indagado, y si hubiere dos (2) o más en el mismo proceso, el término será de veinte (20) días.
