Todos los sitios abiertos al público como centros comerciales, nuevas urbanizaciones y unidades residenciales, deberán disponer de acceso y en especial sitios de parqueo para las personas a que se refiere la presente ley, de acuerdo a dimensiones adoptadas internacionalmente en un número de por lo menos el 2% del total. Deberán así mismo estar diferenciados por el símbolo internacional de la accesibilidad.
