º Las propuestas se recibirán hasta dos (2) meses después de la publicación en el Diario Oficial del presente Decreto. Los grupos o minas que no fueren contratados podrán explotarse directamente por el Gobierno sin perjuicio de arrendarlos con posterioridad cuando lo crea más conveniente a los intereses de la Nación.
