Ejecución del programa de conexiones intradomiciliarías liderado por el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio. Para la implementación del programa en los municipios que resulten seleccionados, el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio suscribirá un convenio con la entidad territorial y el prestador de los servicios de acueducto y alcantarillado, cuando aplique, en el cual acordará entre otros el esquema de ejecución del mismo y las condiciones de la contrapartida.
