Cuando una unidad ejecutora tenga fondos cuenta o fondos especiales sin personería jurídica y que presupuestalmente se manejen como un rubro presupuestal, deberán identificarse como una "asignación interna funcional", de tal forma que se determinen sus operaciones separadamente.
