Las industrias o empresas en que hay lugar a la reparación por accidentes del trabajo, conforme a esta Ley, son las siguientes:

1.° Las empresas de alumbrado público;

2.° Las empresas de acueductos públicos;

3.° Las empresas de ferrocarriles y de tranvías;

4.° Las fábricas de licores;

5.° Las fábricas de fósforos;

6.° Las empresas de arquitectura o construcción y de albañilería en que trabajan más de quince obreros;

7.° Las minas y las canteras;

8.° Las empresas de navegación por embarcaciones mayores;

9.° Las empresas industriales servidas por maquinaria con fuerza mecánica; y

10.

Las obras públicas nacionales.
