En este libro se inscribirán: - La cancelación del contrato de prenda sin tenencia que haya sido inscrito en el Registro Mercantil. - La parte pertinente del acuerdo de reorganización, proferido conforme a lo previsto en el régimen de insolvencia, cuando dicho acuerdo contiene la cancelación de prendas sin tenencia que han sido inscritas en el Registro Mercantil (numeral 5º, artículo 43 de la Ley 1116 de 2006).
