Aclárase el Decreto 473 del 21 de marzo de 1995, por el cual se incrementan las tarifas de los servicios prestados por las entidades hospitalarias en los casos de Riesgo Catastrófico, Accidentes de Tránsito y Atención Inicial de Urgencias, en el sentido de que este acto administrativo reglamenta el numeral 10 del artículo 172 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y previa recomendación del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud.
