La asignación del contingente de exportación de banano a la Unión Europea se otorgará a los productores de banano, únicamente a través de las sociedades exportadoras con las que tengan relación contractual que les permita la venta de fruta al exterior, y serán las sociedades exportadoras las únicas con capacidad para su utilización. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural velará por el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el presente artículo.
