Art. 9 Las hijas y nietas de los próceres y servidores de la causa de la Independencia Nacional que hayan perdido su derecho a pensión por haberla capitalizado, continuará en el goce de ella en la proporción de un cincuenta por ciento. Para fijar este cincuenta por ciento se computará en oro la pensión de que gozaban cuando se hizo la capitalización.

Parágrafo

En lo sucesivo quedan prohibidas las capitalizaciones.
