En el cómputo del tiempo de servicio se descontará el de las licencias sin sueldo, y tratándose de los auxilios a que hace referencia el numeral a) del artículo 1° de este Decreto, tampoco se tendrá en cuenta el gratificado con los auxilios proporcionales a que se refiere el numeral b) del mencionado artículo.
