º. Requisitos. Para emitir su concepto, el Comité de Peajes deberá

Evaluar y comprobar que el Municipio en estudio posea atractivos turísticos de gran valor histórico, cultural o artístico.

Verificar que el Municipio tiene menos de cien mil habitantes, de conformidad con el último registro de población que de manera oficial determine el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística -DANE.
