Art 2°. Para el cumplimiento de esta leí se considerará incluido en el respectivo Presupuesto de Gastos en cada vijencia económica, el valor de los instalamentos, i el Poder Ejecutivo, por medio de su representante, firmará la escritura de reorganizacion de la Compañía empresaría, con las formalidades legales, sin que la incorporacion del Gobierno en ella requiera la ulterior aprobacion del Congreso.
