Difusión de los programas de protección. Se deberán crear y adoptar estrategias de difusión de los programas en todo el territorio nacional con el apoyo de los entes territoriales, con el fin de que las víctimas los conozcan. Dicha estrategia deberá implementarse en un término de seis (6) meses a partir de la publicación del presente decreto.
