º. Cada vez que se encargue de la Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores un nuevo Secretario, este hecho se pondrá en conocimiento del Cuerpo Diplomático, por conducto del Decano. Dentro de los tres días siguientes hará visita personal por tarjeta, a los Jefes de Misión acreditados en Colombia. Lo mismo se hará cuando se encargue un nuevo Jefe de Protocolo.
