Si se llegare al acuerdo de que trata el artículo anterior en el que se expresara además la obligación para Boyacá de aportar los terrenos que sean necesarios para la instalación de la empresa, la Nación reconocerá al Departamento una participación del treinta por ciento (30%) del producto líquido que se obtenga en la explotación ordenada en el artículo anterior.
