Si transcurrido un mes a partir de la fecha en que el calificador debe valorar los méritos del empleado, dicha valoración no se hubiere efectuado, sin causa justificada, se entenderá aprobada. Constituye falta disciplinaria el incumplimiento del deber de valorar oportunamente.
