Capital. El capital de Cerrejón Zona Norte S.A. será el que se determine en el acuerdo de escisión tomando en cuenta el valor de los activos y pasivos que se transfieren de Carbocol. Para el desarrollo de su objeto la sociedad contará con los bienes que se le transfieren en virtud de la escisión y por los demás que adquiera o se le aporten.
