Para los efectos previstos en los artículos 1 o , 4 o . y demás relacionados con su actividad planificadora el Distrito Especial de Bogotá no quedará sujeto a las disposiciones del Departamento de Cundinamarca. Derógase el artículo 39 del Decreto-ley 1333 de 1986 (Código de Régimen Municipal) sobre la obligación de los Municipios de levantar Planos Reguladores.
