Articulo 3° Las copias de las Hojas de Vida a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, deberán ser enviadas antes del 30 de abril del corriente año, por correo certificado, y posteriormente continuarán enviándose tan pronto como se produzcan nuevos nombramientos.
