Art. 63. Comete fraude o falsificación en materia de propiedad literaria, el que inscriba o venda por suya, o haga publicar como si fuese del dominio público, una obra que pertenece al dominio privado, y el que de cualquiera otra manera atente contra los derechos reconocidos y garantizados por la presente ley.
