° Adiciónase el artículo 6° del Decreto 2665 de 1990, con el siguiente inciso: El Ministerio de Gobierno y el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, atendiendo las necesidades del servicio y con el objeto de garantizar la prestación del servicio público, podrán autorizar el ingreso o retiro de personal, previa solicitud del Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario, Director o Gerente de entidad descentralizada del orden Departamental, Intendencial o Comisarial.
