Los miembros de la Junta Directiva y el Presidente de la Empresa tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el señor Presidente de la República. El Ministro de Minas y Energía certificará sobre la existencia legal de la Empresa y sobre el ejercicio del cargo, en relación a los miembros de la Junta Directiva y al Presidente de la Empresa, cuando sea necesario demostrar esa calidad.
